Hello Everybody!
Thanks for the warm greetings and well wishes
Sorry this has been delayed so long. I have been working just about non-stop since returning. I'll try and upload some more pics and since I'm not really big on writing I'll give a quick rundown on the trip.

1.Tower of Terror Tokyo Disneyland. I'm not sure what they are building in front of the tower.
2. Toy Storyville has some carnival games and the giant Woody head entrance to TSMM
3. They really like Duffy here.

1. On the bus ride to Mt. Fuji there is a large amusement park with some pretty steep coasters. This one is built right at the base of the mountain(volcano)...I really wanted to stop there. Next time I'm doing some Japanese parks. We were on a bus tour going to Mt. Fuji and Mt. Hakone.
2. My better half with Poohbear and Hello Kitty, technically HK and Poohbear (and my DW) have visited all 5 parks worldwide as well This is the 5th station or level on Mt. Fuji it's as far as we are allowed to go...the rest of the way is by foot except you can only climb Fuji-san July and August. It's too cold or too dangerous due to the high winds the rest of the year. The oldest person to climb to the top was a 90 year old man (an 89 year old female has also been to the top)
3. After leaving Mt. Fuji we had lunch and then took a boat on Lake Ashi. Hakone and the 8 mountains are located inside the crater of Mt. Hakone, It reminded me of being in Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was cloudy and cold due to the ending typhoon's that hit Japan... still a great time.

1. Jack Skellington, HKDL halloween parade. The characters and dancers wore glow in the dark clothing. Every 5 minutes of so The parade would stop, the lights went out and the costumes glowed. It was pretty cool.
2. I loved the parades at the Asian parks. Even their take on the MSEP and Fantasmic were leaps and bounds above ours.
3. Incense in one of the shrines we visited in Hong Kong. Each coil is dedicated to a family or deity to help protect the family. The entry way is a large park with Banyan trees and hundreds of birds.
sorry to keep skipping around. I haven't gone through pics to divide them into their groups so I'm just picking and choosing as I get to them.

We started our trip on Friday at 130pm out of Cleveland, OH we took a flight to Chicago's O'Hare Airport and then from there took a nonstop 14.5 hour flight to Hong Kong, we got in around 8pm Saturday night local time or 8am EST. English is widely spoke in HK and we had no trouble at all getting around.
I read numerous trip reports about Hong Kong and went to the HKDL page, there I found out they had a halloween party scheduled Thurs-Sundays only. Initially I thought we'd be jet lagged and wouldn't want to walk around a park but after learning that we wouldn't see the halloween parade & experience trick or treating we decided to go on Sunday. I'm so glad we did, their halloween party was a blast and the parade was so cool.
HKDL is very small it felt on pair with being the size of DHS. The castle is so tiny and being surrounded by mountains doesn't help the forced perspective. The HKDLRR only makes two stops Main Street station and Fantasyland station. There are fun things to view as you ride around the park.
Space Mountain in HK is really weird, it's got a space theme but then there's a monster or something chasing you through the ride. We only rode it once because my DW was totally freaked out by it...it was pretty trippy. The rides in Toy Story land are made for kids, it was more like an extension of fantasyland. We walked through but didn't attempt to ride anything. We were on a mission to get to Grizzly Gulch and Mystic Manor. Both rides were a lot of fun!!! I'd replace BTMRR with GG any day of the week. I won't spoil the ride by telling you about it, just know that it was AWESOME and you need to ride it if you ever get to HKDL.
The HK park still has a Toon Town as well, we rode the cartoon spin and had a blast. Throughout the park there were sideshow freaks, carnival games, Haunted walk throughs and trick or treating spots included with your daily admission. They gave out mentos, dried fruit snacks, and stickers. Pin trading and sticker collecting were very big at HKDL. They have some of the best and most creative pins and fairly inexpensive too. I may have gone a wee bit crazy in my purchases
The thing I was most impressed by were the parades. The floats and lights were just awesome. Hopefully I'll be able to post pics later on.
