dsoup: Where was this photo taken, if you have any idea. The trolley tracks and paving bricks give the appearance of being on Main St., BUT the "Castle" in the background is tilting to the right and I would bet that it is a partially inflated hot air balloon like the others. Could it be from DRP ? By the way that would be a very "ornate" hot air balloon but they can be molded to almost any shape.

It doesn't look quite right as the castle, but I find it hard to believe that's a balloon. Great question VL.
