We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. Absolutely loved it! Even thought it is a big resort, it seemed so intimate and romantic. Also loved the boat to Downtown Disney! Some of my Disney faves are Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Wishes, Rock 'N Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest, World Showcase, Illuminations, Fantasmic and carrot cake cookies! Thanks for the warm welcome! I am excited to be here!

We have a lot in common Belinda...I love carrot cake cookies too. And Fantasmic, and Illuminations, Haunted Mansion. And DTD. Would love to stay at PO sometime too. The boat is awesome, agreed. So relaxing.

Jeff, it was the best! Also, it was our first trip without kids, so that made it even more special!
About 3 months after our trip my hubby was in a very bad car accident. He bruised his spinal cord and has since had to learn to walk again. We are both looking forward to walking down Main Street again soon!

You are so right Mrhub, this really has put life into perspective! Hubby is still working hard on his rehab and has an amazing positivity. He has gone from being in a wheel chair to walking without assistance in a little under 2 years - more than was expected. Still has a bit of a balance issue, but we are soooo happy he is vertical! Definitely had some pixie dust and magic on our side!
