I don’t understand fellow guests...

We were at Hollywood Studios on Monday. I was at the guest experience by TOT and G was there and listening to a woman complain to them that (wait for it) she hadn't had a magical experience buying her ice cream and the man had not smiled at her. Whilst she stood there complaining the aforementioned ice cream was rapidly melting. Come on.. she was obviously trying it on. Her husband just stood there acting his ice cream.

Agreed! We were at Disney Springs guest relations on Sunday and a guy was complaining about the amount of time it was going to take before his issue could be addressed. "This isn't very magical!" Everybody except him laughed when the cast member replied that sometimes the magic doesn't quite reach to Disney Springs. laugh laugh

I have one little word for you "entitlement" everyone thinks they are the ONLY ones paying the premium they are forking out for a good time and they all think they deserve every single whim they can conceive. Have I had Magic every trip? NOPE. Do I keep going back? YEP. Do I excessively thank CMs when we are there, ABSOLUTELY because of the way I know others are treating them

I had a friend tell me she was upset because of the way Kylo Ren acted during their interaction. He was mean, pointing telling them to leave you know the whole wounded Ben Solo act... Um hello Karen, he's a freaking bad guy, he ain't gonna put his hands on his hips and pose with you sweetie.

Then there was a friend who was telling me about complaining excessively to a cast member ( I wish I could remember the whole story, it was so petty) and ended up getting free fast passes to which she referred to as "Disney Magic". NOPE wrong again sweetheart, that CM just wanted you to shut up and leave.

As long as Disney stays top dollar and I sure don't foresee it coming down in price, you are going to have these types of people and it is just going to get worse.

I've had so many people throw tantrums because they scheduled their fastpass wrong (ie. 8pm-9pm fastpass but thought it was an 8am-9am fastpass and they scheduled their fastpass the same time as a dining/BBB reservation). I've had a guy put his finger in my face and my co-workers face. Past co-workers have gotten spit on. Another co-worker had lady drop the f bomb every other word because they were late for their fastpass after park close but the park was still open for a special event.
