I *heart* The Poly!

Joe and I just got back from a few days at the Polynesian. What an awesome resort! Great atmosphere and theming. It's especially fun (and romantic!) at night. And the view of the MK fireworks was impressive. The music was piped to our viewing area.

Our room had a rain shower! And there were 2 bathrooms! Which meant twice the Disney soap and shampoo - ha!

This was a non-park trip so we enjoyed monorail rides, boat rides and Disney Springs (since it rained a lot we took in a movie - Incredibles 2).

Oh, and I got leid!

muchlove As everyone knows, we love the Poly. I even love pictures of the Poly! Thanks Jeff, they made me smile! However...something seems just a bit off in the pictures...they are upside down laugh

All fixed!

KenJ and I love The Poly too - thanks to MrHub and scrappy being big fans. The first time we stayed there, we were impressed with the theming and completely understood how you could make your stay a "resort only" stay and not go to the parks at all.

We're glad that The Poly is our DVC home too. I can manage very well at having to stay there for years to come.

If you haven't been to World of Disney lately, they've been working on a remodel. Last time we were there this areas was blocked off while they worked on it. It was open now - what a difference! Feels much roomier. I think they are still working on sections but so far so good!

I love the Poly too! Tori and I have one night in a Deluxe Studio on our October trip and I am super excited about it.

Here's a snippet of the MK fireworks from the Poly. Loved it! There's an elevated viewing area right in front of the Bungalows with a few benches and music piped in. There was only us and a family of 4 viewing from this spot. Smile
