My understanding is that "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" is the one considered in the classic collection. The rest are considered prequels or sequels if I remember correctly. I could totally be wrong.

Winnie is number 22 " The many adventures of Winnie the Pooh " ( 1977 ) and " Winnie the Pooh " is number 51 ( 2011 ) Oh and Frozen is number 52.. If I remember correct " Dinosaur " number 39 was taken off the list then out back on.?..
Dinosaur is still on the list, and Winnie the Pooh is 51, wreck it Ralph is 52 and frozen would/should be 53
Looks like you're not the only one that's confused.

In England, they didn't count Winnie the pooh since it wasn't released there theatrically.
The list you are probably looking at is a US list.
Hope this stops your head from exploding

From Wiki:
Winnie the Pooh is a 2011 American traditionally animated musical fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 51st animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series
It goes on to say that it generated $1.18m at the UK box office, so it does count as a released movie. I do remember it having a very short release at the cinema in the UK, so maybe someone back at Disney might want to explain...? I think they just forgot about it...
