I think I officially have an addiction

Well we've been home for 3 weeks and we're already planning our next trip. Sadly, it isn't to Disney World, but we're going to Disneyland! It's much closer, so we can drive. We'll be taking my cute 7 year old step son too! We're looking around Nov-Dec this year Smile

I think we're officially addicted! clapping muchlove yay

We went in December 2009 and it was beautifully decorated! I absolutely loved it! I'm so excited to go back! Plus, Disney twice in 1 year? Best decision ever!

I went to WDW in November 2010 for the first time in 30 years. A friend of mine told me before I left that I will want to go back every year. I told her I wouldn't since I love to travel and visit new places. Towards the end of the trip, my friend asked if I was coming back with them (they go every year). I told her I wasn't going to commit but would keep the option open. After the first of this year, I started visiting Disney sites and starting my to-do list for this year before I even committed to going. Yes, I was in denial.

No. We decided our trip to WDW was to be our honeymoon trip, as we hadn't taken one and we'd been married for over 3 years. I'm going to sound really selfish, but I'm glad we didn't take him. He's only 7 so he tires pretty easily still and I wanted to be able to see everything and stay out late Smile. But we do plan on taking him next time for sure!

Lol, You two are hilarious! Your forum feuds are some of the funniest things I've read!

Congrats to macdamron for the new addiction!
It's a great thing to be addicted to. Side effects may include:
- uncontrollable happiness.
- spending life savings on trips.
- repetitive singing of theme park attraction songs.

Amazing time to visit the Resort. I'm an annual pass member so I go through out the year but that is easily my favorite time of year. SO magical at Holiday time.

Ha selfish! Never! I seriously considered leaving my one year old at home while the hubbs and I went to Disney World this year. We ended up not doing that though.

Wow, super cute pic! She's one of those adorably cute kids that will get picked out of the crowd to do a rope drop ceremony over some balding 47 year old dork in Mickey ears.... waiting

Thanks:) that's one of my favorite pics of her. I love the angle of it even though her head is somewhat cut off and I love that you can see her tennis shoes popping out from under her princess dresss. She's the perfect imperfect princess Smile

I've been twice with my kids and 4 times (that would be IV for Mase) with other Grown Ups --husband, sister, even mother-in-law once. By far the best times were without the kids. I am taking them back this summer. They are teenagers now so their schedules just don't jive this summer so I get to take each kid by themselves. One in June, the other goes with me in August. (Yay me, I get to go twice.) I'm sorta looking forward to that quality one on one Mother/Son time.

I'm sure! We've decided we're not telling him about the trip. It's going to be a complete surprise! (let's hope i can keep the secret!!) we're officially going in December now and I love the park at that time. we're going the same week we had gone 2 years ago. It was nice and hardly any crowds at all!

you know something??

I am beginning to think that THIS SITE is the reason I did my mom's surprise trip to WDW. because, even though I have NO reason to plan a trip, and I JUST got back from WDW.. I'm catching myself coming up with reasons and excuses on why I should go back already!

And it's all this fault's site!! it MAKES you want to go!

Maybe you should just take HER with you. That would get you that rope drop title that you covet.
