Lower the number of guest per park per day. Disney allowable numbers of guest are (in my opinion) way too high, and for the masses packed in to their parks, it becomes a struggle to; go from one place to another wheelchair , keeping track of your party/kids pillowfight , ordering food sarcastic sarcastic , finding adequate seating for the family/group date , getting on rides waiting , or just sitting back and relaxing Tired .

There's no real "low season" anymore.

I wish Epcot would return to it's original theme of science, education and a hopeful view of the future.
