Jaleo?

I just finished reading this review of Jaleo, and wanted to get some other opinions. Has anyone been down there yet and tried this new spot? I have Pepe's (Jaleo's the quick service partner) on my list for next month.

While a lot of the food sounds delish, I had been looking forward to the Paella. I had been looking forward to it that is until I saw the picture of the glob of brown in this review. It just looks really unappetizing to me.

I am however ready to dive into a vat of the sangria.

I'm so excited to try this! I love tapas and paella! I've heard nothing but good things.

It is at the top of my must try list. I've seen great reviews and I even have a list made of the things I want to try. I narrowed it down to under $200.

I do love a good Paella and you are right that pic doesn't look appetizing. Looks creamy which Paella is not.... looks more like Risotto. Maybe it is all the veggies in it breaking down??? I would be interested to see pics of one of the other options.

I want to take one of my crazy weekend trips

Drive down Fri after work the spend Sat in Disney SPrings Brunch at Wine Bar George Dinner at Jaleo lots of snacks and cocktails in between and drive home Sun.......

I was thinking that about the veggies as well, it probably tastes just fine, but I'm guilty of eating with my eyes.
