Even when I was a teenager, if ever used, would be used without credit or attribution. I was aware that any idea sent to Disney was freely given to use by them. This lawsuit was so frivolous to begin with, especially considering that POTC has always had a plot line, that was Disney IP anyhow. What a waste of money on legal fees.
Come on - Disney has an ARMY of lawyers. Why would anyone think they would win that.
