Kouzzina for Breakfast?

After looking at the Crowd Calendar for our trip in October we've shuffled our park days around and rearranged a couple of ADRs. Since we're only on the regular dining plan (and we're 3 meal a day people) we need to add a couple of meals to our schedule. For the most part they'll be counter service, but I was thinking that I would like to try someplace new for Breakfast on our way to Epcot.

We have Akershus ADRs already on one day, so I was thinking perhaps Kouzzina for Breakfast on another day. Has anyone done breakfast there? There's a limited amount of stuff on the menu that I think I would eat, but the French Toast Baklava sounds like it has some amazing potential.

My thought is that we can hop a cab from AOA to Boardwalk and then take the boat to Epcot after breakfast and just go in the back entrance.

Just listened to the Breakfast Episode of the DFB Podcast and AJ & Brad give Kouzzina a thumbs up for breakfast! Whoo hoo!

Kristen, this has been on my list of restaurants to try, and their breakfast looks appealing to me. Me and my girlfriend are doing Akershus and I'm trying to talk my honey into an ADR at Kouzzina with his buddy the same morning, I think they'd really like it. I had the same thoughts as you, that it would be easy for them to head into Epcot from there and meet us. If they don't go for it, we may have breakfast there our departure morning.

I think you should go for it.

We enjoy breakfast at Kouzzina at least once every trip(always stay at BWV). My two favorites on the menu are the skillet, and the waffle with Mascarpone Cheese. Prefer the chicken sausage to the bacon. Great bloody mary too!

I made an ADR for there! I think I'm going to get the French Toast Baklava, and have my companion order the skillet. That way we can split the dishes and the sweet french toast won't overpower me.

I was just going to say this! I've never eaten there but it sounded fantastic when they were talking about it on the podcast!
