It's an Italian drink in Club Cool..it taste..well..worse than anything you could imagine.

I really think that people have very many different tastes in life, and Beverly is a taste that appeals to only a small fraction of the population of this globe. It is an Italian beverage that is meant to be an aperitif (I hope I spelled that right) to cleanse the palate between courses of a meal. I think it accomplishes this by numbing the taste buds. I think that while most people can't stand it, some people don't mind it and can drink it freely, me being one of those. Of course I am one that loves Moxie, and drinks it regularly. Of course that also is an acquired taste.

Well...all you had to do is say so! Aperitif, but non-alcoholic, I assume? You say "Italian" and "aperitif" and I immediately think Campari, which I love. So I may have to try this on my next swing through Epcot.

Italian soda is basically tonic water with syrup.Many flavours of syrup but it's usually mixed infront of you.

I asked a friend with lots of Italian relatives who has visited Italy many times about "Beverly" and she'd never heard of it. Co-incidentaly, her name is Beverley.

I am with her on that one, my aunt has a cafe with Italian soda's and coffees' etc and I never saw it.

JustCar, it's nothing like the Italian Sodas you can get at Barnes and Noble or a coffee shop..those are yummy.

I'm going to have to bring someone who hasn't had it to get some pics of it. Although I think they might become suspicious when I say "Try this" and then whip out my camera!
