I just read the same post. I really need to stop and try the flavors. Ice cream is my favorite treat (next to a magic bar). The flavors look very interesting.

Between this place and L'Artisan des Glaces in the France pavilion, I should have my ice cream/gelato fixes covered. 
And I really, really want the pistachio/orange blossom water ice cream from this place.
