Making use of the monorail!

Hi All,

I am heading down to disney in a week and a half! I was wondering if it is possible to take the boat from the Dolphin Hotel to Epcot, then hop on the monorail for our Breakfast ADR at 'Ohana. Does that monorail stop at the hotels?

We are going to go to MK then Epcot, so i'd like to not use our rental car since we can walk home from Epcot! thoughts if this is possible?!

Now I could be 125% wrong BUT I believe that 1=You would have to walk through all of Epcot, from the back entrance (near the France Pavillion) all the way through to the front entrance and get on the monorail there, and then 2= take the monorail to the TTC (ticket & transportation center) and then switch monorails to the hotel loop one till you get to your destination.
If I am wrong I am sure someone will let us know.

You'll need to enter Epcot at the International Gateway and walk through the park to the main entrance to get the monorail. From there, you'll take the monorail to the Ticket & Transportation Center and take the resort monorail to the Poly. You may be able to walk from the T&T C to the Poly but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure if you can take the monorail directly from Epcot to MK. If so, you can take the boat from MK to the Poly.

Vettelover is correct. You can also walk to the Poly from the T&TC if you would like, it's not far.

JoAnn, the monorail at EPCOT only loops right back to EPCOT from the T&TC.

Thanks mrhub. I had only taken the monorail once from Epcot to MK. I had to switch at the T&TC. I wasn't sure if it was always like that or if they had a train that was an "express" between the two parks.

Joann, they do have one that they consider the express, but it only stops at the MK and the T&TC, it does not stop at the resorts.

thank you all for the info! i completely forgot that it brings you in by the world showcase. Since we are going early for breakfast i think we might just end up driving to the Poly & taking the monorail from there.
