Maybe More Marvel News For Disney?

This is just a TINY update. The tiny update comes from an explanation of what will happen after The Avengers movie, as in which movies are coming out next, and beyond. The beyond is whats interesting...

It basically seems that even though Disney has bought the Marvel rights, they dont have any control right now over the current set of movies and characters that have movies out or coming out like Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor... which means the Avengers as well. But does that also mean the Hulk to?

Also... with this deal... Disney Land would get first crack at characters in the park and nothing has been done for Disney World? Guess the idea of a Theme Park really are just rumors for now.

Well maybe their wont be any character performers for the Marvel characters in WDW yet because they still have them walking around at Universal. Also, if they do get their own theme park, it would probably only be after Universal closes the Marvel Island.

I'm fine if they build a seperate park for marvel characters on disney property or even dedicate a land to it in Hollywood Studios but I will not be happy if I go to Magic Kingdom and see marvel characters walking around.... That would just be weird to me and make it feel not like Disney to me

I would rather have Princes in the park then marvel characters

I agree! I do not want marvel characters in the park. It would feel like Universal or Great Adventure. It's not real Disney and I don't like it!

I guess I dont see it any different than Disney coming out with new movies and having those movies characters in the parks.

I know there is a difference... one is Pixar/Disney while the other is Marvel... but same concept
