My fast pass date is coming up and I'm a little concerned.
The last time we had a trip I was able to go into FastPass+ on MDE prior to our window and select ourselves as though I was going to set up fastpasses. It then gave me a message like "You're not in your selection window" or something to that effect. So this time when I was having some issues with my tickets I went to fastpass to see what was happening there and it only lists me (not my husband) and it says that I need valid tickets.
I called Disney and they told me that it wouldn't show up as having valid tickets until my 60 days out. I told her about my past experience and she tried to tell me that I must have been on some other website before (huh?!). I assured her that that was not the case. I also haven't received any "Your fastpass is coming up!) emails.
Should I have received an email by now? Should my tickets be listed under Fastpass even though I can't select them yet? Did they change the process or am I just crazy?
