I am going crazy trying to get my Memory Maker pictures! I have never had to use zip files and I needed my husband's help to figure it out. I'm pretty good with tech (and honestly didn't even know that zip files were used anymore!) so I can imagine that other less tech savvy people have troubles too.
Am I the only person who's had this problem?
