When thinking about what sort of Disney information is out there floating around the internet, what do you feel is the worst information you continue to see? With new lands, the rollout of MyMagic+, and general package changes, the past several years have seen a mass of growth and difference in the way Disney visitors have to plan and tour. What sort of mis-information do you feel needs to be put straight for new Disney travelers?

Ok so not Disney related, but the "reliable source" line always cracks me up. My mom owns a DQ and the grocery store beside it had sold and was to become a car dealership. She had a customer come in one day and ask where the DQ was moving. My mom said it wasn't going anywhere and the customer says ( complete with a pat on my mom's hand lol) "Oh yes dear. I heard from a very reliable source that the car dealership bought this property." My mom responded with "Well I'm the owner of this store, so when you find out how much I got for it, can you let me know?" The customer turned red and just said "Oh. Really?"

I did not know what you were talking about yesterday, but today I was backtracking through all the posts for the past couple of weeks and came across yours! Hahahahaha. Apparently the rumor is rampant. On further questioning, my friend heard this from her travel agent...
Yeah what. Everyone is talking about is a newspaper article about Orlando building a monorail system for transit. Ken found it on a newspaper site.
Oh, and the biggest bit of mis information is that Disney is for kids! It's not! It's for Grownups!

My favorite was when our very first Magical Express driver told us in 2010 that Disney was buying Universal so they would have a roller coaster park.
