There are lots of benches where I can people watch. I think one of my favorite places is the hammocks at the Polynesian though. There's something so relaxing about a hammock!

The hammocks at CBR Smile Although I'd be perfectly willing to try the hammocks, oh, say, anywhere at WDW.

A bench along the Tree of Life Trail in AK. Sometimes there's no one there and you feel like you own the park.

OOoo, I have several:
- The hammocks at CBR
- Pangani Forest Exploration Trail in AK - can be very quiet and relaxing
- The resort to park boats during non-peak times

That's a great one. If the park isn't too busy it can be really relaxing.

Ooh...where all can you find rocking chairs? I LOVE rocking chairs. I can't think of that many of them though.

There used to be rocking chairs on the front porch at Liberty Tree Tavern that were GREAT but I think they have removed them. Hey Brad can you check this out? Smile

Boardwalk too, at least there used to be some there. You may have to change your "We don't go to the Boardwalk just to hang out" stance. biggrin

This is a tough one. Usually because I don't seem to ever relex when I'm at Disney. OK, I got one Starring Rolls at HS. Not only can you people watch but you can get a butterfinger cupcake. Yum.

I think I have seen them in front of a house, between Hall of Presidents and Sleepy Hollow.

I thought of another place. Early in the morning before the crowds hit on the lazy river in Blizzard Beach. My wife and I can get tubes and hold on to each other as we listen to Christmas music. When they used to have EMH morning hours at Blizzard Beach that was even better.

There's this kind of underground space at AK, I can't remember where exactly, but there was no one there and I could just enjoy the fish (Amazonian, I think) and the quietness...

Where was it, though? I think it was somewhere around the Tree of Life...

Yes it was, it is part of a pond with fish in it an it is a window built into the side of the pond with a few steps down and into like a small cave entrance. For the life of me I cannot remember what kind of aquatic life was in there.
