Brad's topic on fiction reminded me, I read a book recently that I'd meant to tell people on this forum about since it might be right up some of your streets 
It's written by an Irish girl about her experiences working in the Swan and Dolphin (well, the Fish and Tuna as she calls it in this book!) for 18 months, and how she finds life in Orlando. I couldn't put it down, it was so funny and addictive! Thought perhaps some people on here might want to check it out.
