My Disney Experience issues

Hey all,

I recently had a brain blip while away from home and forgot my pwd. I clicked the "forgot your password" tab, and it sent me a link to reset my pwd. I did this, and now I cannot see ANY of my ressies on My Disney Experience! It wiped them all out. I added back on, for November, but it will not let me add OR see any of my ADRs for June. It tells me they are already there, but they do not display.

So I called Guest Services, and they confirmed the ADRs and gave me the list, but could offer no help with MDE. They even forwarded me over to a tech help line, and they said just to check back in 2 weeks.

There is an "old" link where they display, but this is kinda annoying. I loved used MDE while there in April to check ADRS, make changes, etc.

Wish they could figure this out. Like some of you have said, wonder why they rolled it out if the kinks are not worked out? But perhaps it has to be out there to see what the kinks are in the first place.

At least I did not lose my ADRs. There is a BOG in there, for goodness sakes! mickey

It is very touch and go for us in the UK - they still have the hotel bookings and the ADRs on a different system, so you have to log into different sites to see. The My Disney Experience App and site only works for dining for it, so far! But fingers crossed it is sorted soon.

Yeah Doc, it still has its hiccups! I haven't had to re-enter my reservations lately , so that bug might be fixed, and yes I do think it just has to be online and used so they can figure stuff out.

When using my computer, at least now I can get past the "can't find that page" error I kept getting a couple of months ago. But since we're in Canada, it's directing me to the old site, which is probably better anyway. I did get MDE for a few weeks, but it suddenly disappeared again. The old site has lost our ME information 4 times, and changed it randomly another 3. I've given up calling - I hate having to spend money on long distance calls to correct someone else's mistakes. We have our booklet, but of course the arrival time is nowhere to be found, and the departure info is 12 hours off. confused We at least have tickets to get on the bus, they just won't know when we're coming. I will correct it once we are actually IN Orlando, so at least we get to the airport on time when we leave.

On my phone or tablet, I still get MDE, but half the time my ADRs don't display, or it says it can't find my reservation. I can't do online check in from these either. And neither site will accept room requests. I did call with those a few weeks ago, so I hope they haven't lost those too, since nothing displays on our reservation page. yuck

I sure hope by the time we book a trip again, they have all this sorted out. 6 months is a long time to beta test a live site.

Sorry - the above sounds really grumpy. Put it down to an April with only 5 days of sunshine so far, torrential rains, and snow yesterday. yuck

But in 9 days, we will be in WDW. yay
