Hello to everyone! I've been away for a while but glad to get back. I'm very happy to announce that my DW will be completing grad school in May, and what better way to celebrate than a return trip to Disney World! 
Here's where I need a little assistance. My DW and I both have accounts with MDE. I made our reservations and can access everything. However, when I try to link my wife's account to the reservation, it tells me that the confirmation number is already in use (by me) and she should contact me. She is of course listed on the reservation when I log in to my account. I guess bottom line is I can't see a way to connect her account to her name on my reservation. I tried calling Disney for help, and after talking to the computer for a few minutes I was placed in the music cue and thought, "why am I holding here when I have the world's foremost experts (all of you) at my fingertips?" So does anyone have any advice on how to get the MDE account to recognize it belongs with the reservation?
