The "My Disney Experience" website is driving me crazy!!!

Sorry you're all going to get fed up of all my questions at this rate. This might have been answered before but my phone doesn't like the search option so I can't tell.

I booked my Disney trip through a travel agent.

I have just created my 'My Disney Experience' log-on on the Disney world website and its driving me insane.

I've managed to add both mine and my OHs bookings and its showing our Hotel Reservation fine. We got the Quick Service Dining plan included have upgraded to the 1 sit down, 1 quick service, & 1 snack Dining plan (sorry can't remember what it was called) but our Disney experience is only showing the quick service. Will this cause us a problem when it comes to booking our advanced dining reservations? sad

Also, it will not let me link the memory maker. when I put in the reservation number it states that it's already linked to an account but it is not showing on the account. confused

The park tickets are all showing fine. (phew)

I've seen mentioned on another post that people have had problems with discussing booking with disney that were made through a travel agent but my travel agent would not have access to my my disney experience log in.

Any advice? or has anyone else had a similar problem?

The adrs will not be affected by the wrong dining plan showing up on MDX unless you are trying to book Cinderella's Royal Table. For everything else, call Disney. They help you the best and I would call sooner then later.

First, calm down! getting all excited wont help a thing, especially if you get an attitude with the CM's.

Second, if you go on a computer and go to the Disney Website, go to My Disney Experience, click on "My reservations and Tickets". Then scroll down to Memory Maker section. Is there a confirmation number on the right hand side? If there is, your Memory Maker is already linked to your account and it can only be linked to one person. If you want to share it, add a person to your friends and family but "do not" let them try to link your Memory Maker to their account! That could totally screw up both accounts!

Agree with Mr Hub on the Memory Maker portion. As far as the dining plan goes, you'll still be able to make your reservations fine but I would send a screen shot of the page listing the wrong dining plan to your TA and have them call Disney to make sure it is entered correctly. Good luck! awesome

I'll add that so far anything I've called about that's wrong in MDX has been correct in the main Disney database. There's something glitchy with the user interface and the way that it updates information. I've had tickets disappear and get reassigned to other people on my account, ADRs and FP suddenly go MIA from my screen, and resort reservations unable to link. It's getting better and these things seem to be happening less frequently, but be aware that there are still issues out there that are (thankfully) largely on the user side.
