Back in August while my DH and I were in Epcot we had dinner at the Rose and Crown. We ordered the Scotch Egg and both thought it was delicious. The waiter mentioned that we could give our email address and the chef would send us the recipe. So he got us a piece of paper and a pen and we gave him our info. Months go by and we hear nothing. Honestly, I wasn't upset as it was something I never knew could even possibly happen and they have how many guests a day?
Well low and behold a could of days ago what shows up in my email inbox? The recipe! 
After the really nasty winter we're having here up north it was such an awesome surprise! Good old DW, throwing in surprises when you least expect it! Now we can't wait to throw the ingredients together and give it a whirl ourselves!
