This is the nearest I get to a proper trip report - the pre trip report for Sept/October

Well here is the pre trip report for our upcoming Sept/Oct visit

Friday 26 September
Flight day, normally we have the early flight at 11.15 but as these are air miles tickets we could only get the 1pm flight which will get us in at gone 5. I don't anticipate getting into AKL until 7ish. Have booked Sanna for dinner that night (we both love Sanna, the butter chicken and the bread service what is there not to like). Collapse

Saturday 27 September
Disney Hollywood Studios " well the Frozen stuff will still be going on, don't know if I am pleased about it our not?

FP "
Star Tours
TSM
Tower of Terror

ADR " Mama Melrose (have never eaten there but there was this most amazing smell of garlic when we walked past in June)

Plan to do Fanstasmic and then to scoot out to watch the Frozen fireworks.

Will probably (if not too tired) go to MK as it has EMH to 1am

Sunday 28 September
Epcot not doing F&W this day saving it for other days

FP "
Soarin
Spaceship Earth
Mission Space

Will probably try to get Test Track in before Soarin, we don't mind doing single rider although I found that a lot of couples seem to think they are getting the row to themselves and I have to ask them to shift up!

Also thought that after our last FP to try and get the FP for Illuminations as we will be that end of Epcot following our ADR " Garden Grill, love Chip and Dale. This will be something new for us.

Monday 29 September
Animal Kingdom

FP "
Kilimanjaro Safari
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur

We love EE and last time did 13 times in a row (total of 14 we did one early) the only reason we stopped was because of the weather. Again we do the FP together and then use single rider line. Think the theming is fantastic.

ADR " Yak and Yeti for lunch

Not sure what we will do once the park is closed may go to the construction site of DTD or go to MK.

Tuesday 30 September
Epcot " Food and Wine day this is the long long day

FP "
Test Track
Under the Seas with Nemo
Character Spot

I find it very hard because of the tiers to find the 3 FP

We have the Premium package this day so will be eating around the world and then we have the dance party after hours. Looking forward to this as Epcot doesn't have EMH so it should be good. A completely different feel to Epcot.

Wednesday 1 October

A quiet day. We want to do the Dine with an animal expert at AKL for lunch but it is such a pain to book over the phone (they really don't know what this is) that we are going to book this once we get to AKL. Just in case we cannot we have booked Sanna for lunch (although that can be cancelled once we are there).

Evening ADR at Cali Grill " really looking forward to this as again something new. Mr Hub has so sold this if it is horrible I am sending him the bill! Hope to catch the fireworks as well.

Thursday 2 October

MNSSHP day so Magic Kingdom day

FP
Seven Dwarfs (you will note that this is going to come up a bit!)
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain

ADR for lunch at Tony's. We did have an early evening reservation but as we plan to meet up with the Be Our Guest podcast people at 7pm had to move it. Am looking forward to meeting people that I listen to.

Friday 3 October
Animal Kingdom

FP
Disney Pals
Kali River Rapids
Expedition Everest (surprised??!)

Sensible midmorning early afternoon FPs

Lunch well I know Graham will want to do Flame Tree but I think I would like somewhere different.

ADR " Boma for evening again somewhere new

Saturday 4 October

Disney Hollywood Studios

FP
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster
Tower of Terror
Star Tours

ADR 50's Prime Time

Again may go to MK in the evening at it has EMH to 12 midnight

Sunday 5 October

Magic Kingdom

FP "
Seven Dwarfs
Haunted Mansion
Big Thunder

ADR dinner at Narcoossee's

Monday
Marceline to MK Tour

FP "

Anna and Elsa (I think you have to do this at least once)
Seven Dwarfs (I warned you)
Buzz Lightyear (Graham last time got the top score without knowing the cheats!)

ADR " Be Out Guest for dinner

Tuesday

Shopping day I have to visit Macy's to get a new suit for work and the ballgowns are a lot cheaper than the UK

ADR " The Wave for dinner

Wednesday 8 October
Epcot

FP
Mission Space
Soarin
Turtle Talk with Crush

ADR " Teppan Edo

Thursday 9 October

Magic Kingdom

FP "
Big Thunder
Haunted Mansion
Seven Dwarfs

ADR " Liberty Tree for lunch Ooey Googey Toffee dessert if that gets taken off the menu before then, it will get cut!!

Friday 10 October and Misery Express Day

Early check in at DTD leaving luggage

Then MK

FP
Three guesses " yep
Big Thunder Mountain
Haunted Mansion
Seven Dwarfs

Then the bus and home

MM It is and it isn't, although we have the FP we don't stress if we don't make them, they are all clumped together am or pm so it leaves free time to mouch. We have to have ADRs as I am not a good person to be around if I am hungry and have no idea what or where I want to eat I then want to rip the heads of people and get very grouchy. Graham ducks and runs at that point in time! So it really is for the safety of others I have them!

Haha!! I don't do so well "hungry" either, Sally-Ann! Looks like we have lots of opportunities to meet up. I think we have parks and even FP in common on about 4-5 days! I'm on my way to work now, but I'll have a closer look when I get home.

That's called getting "Hangry" Sally-Ann, Judy has the same problem, hence why we always do all the ADR's. Sorry we couldn't be there to join you! sad

And I would gladly pay it, but I do not think you will be disappointed. I know you will probably try to get a window seat, but we always try ask for Gary, he is a great waiter and very friendly.

I know I wish we were there at the same time, there is still 2020 to plan for! Hangry what a great term laugh

Thanks for the tip, we haven't eaten anything, anywhere we didn't enjoy so the Cali should be a breeze and we both love sushi awesome

Single digit day banana banana banana

Few adjustments, the after hours party was cancelled and Disney refunded that part of it quite quickly, bit of a bummer but no real problem we still get the rest of it.

Changed the FP from Under the Seas to Malestrom as that will be the last time we can ride it and we both rather like it.

More excitingly plan to meet up with Alicemouse that day (and Mr too) to ride Test Track yay am really looking forward to meeting a fellow WDWFG person

Now just have to keep fingers crossed the airline fly on time (the flight we are getting has a bad track record) apart from that BRING IT ON!
