Haha! I heard about a maniacal alarm clock - I think it was on SNL "news" so take it with a grain of salt - that you can only shut off by getting up, going to another room, and entering a code. I should not own such a clock. And if I do, I should not own a gun or sledge hammer, because that clock's days would be numbered.

LOL!! I heard about an alarm clock that actually moved away from you. You had to get up and chase it.
