Picked up a really cool new item at the Mouse Gear store today. The "Clear Magic Band". At $49.95, it's a bit pricey, but its made of some advanced material that really is clear. The cast member told me to keep it in its container when not wearing it otherwise I may never find it again. I like it because you don't have to worry about choosing a color.
As you can see, it's hardly noticeable at all when wearing it...
Oh man, your not going to believe this. I dropped mine trying to put it on and now I can't find it. I thought it rolled under the bed but ill be damned if i can find it under there!
Maybe if you shook a big bottle of baby powder all over the room it would appear?

Good idea, but I don't have baby powder, but I can use my Gold Bond, thanks Tink!
Any time! And don't forget to shake that Gold Bond under the bed and maybe under the dressers. Ya never know where it could have rolled!

I got mine today! When did they change the bands? I still had the original kind in November. My first observation was 'oh they plastic is thinner--cutting corners already'. And then I tried them on--I really like the new design! The bands are much more flexible and comfortable.

I'm glad you mentioned this alicemouse. I bought a new purple band on our latest trip and it is indeed thinner and more comfortable to wear. In fact, even though I brought a few of my other bands with me, I ended up wearing just the purple one for the rest of the trip. It's noticeably more comfortable to wear than the previous design.
I'm curious to know if all magic bands are now made of this new thinner design.

Yes they are Ken, Just tried on our new annual pass bands. Nice feel to them too. New bands are just a smidgen longer then the old ones.
I'm excited to hear about the thinner, lighter MagicBands! I should have one coming soon (blue) for my May trip, I also ordered some decals from Etsy for it.
Look what I bought on my latest trip! When entering park it goes from a green circle to a pink circle. Was also told that on occasion you will hear a kiss

Yup scrappy got one also and it surprised several CM's when she used it. The kissing sound is cute, Scrappy had that happen several times.
