New Disney Store Layout

I finally saw a "new" Disney Store when I was in Atlanta a few weeks ago. I walked through it pretty quickly, but I wasn't all that impressed. I remember, especially when I was younger and didn't live near Disney, that going to the original Disney Store was pretty magical, with the merchandise, the moving (and non moving) figures, and the screen in the back. What's your take? Do you frequent your local Disney Store? Do you like the new model, which is supposed to be soooo much better? Or are you underwhelmed?

I haven't seen the new stores yet, our closest one is 1.5 hours away and it hasn't changed over yet. I wish that the stores were still how they when I was a child too. I most remember the travel desk that was in ours, we would always stop and talk and find out what the latest deals were. It really was a little bit of Disney magic far away from the world. Now, it's kind of just a store.

I remember going to the Disney store as a kid and like you said lizzy... It was magical... Now that I've been to Disney its just like any other department store to me
