I like the idea of Australia in the Parks, but I would rather see it represented at Animal Kingdom. I would love to see Greece added to Epcot.

For me, my top 5 choices would be:
Greece (The architecture and Greek food sounds like a good match.)
Egypt (You can do so much with the pyramids.
India
Australia
Ireland (We do have the UK granted but I'd like to see something with Ireland.)
Honorable Mentions: Netherlands, Spain or South Korea
"All my life I wonder how it feels to pass a day, not above them but part of them.
And out there living in the sun, give me one day out there, all I ask is one to hold forever. Out there where they all live unaware, what I'd give, what I'd dare, just to live one day out there."
I'm embarrassed to report I have not actually visited the US Pavilion. Shame on me!
I have visited the American pavilion, but I don't like it and I usually skip it. I think the show comes off as terribly dated and as an overall Americana feel, I like Liberty Square at MK much better.
As far as new pavilions, I would love to see those last 5 spots filled with Russia, Egypt, Argentina, Australia, and Greece.

I have never been in the UK pavilion to know what it's like! Just didn't seem worth a visit, I would expect all the countries to be somewhat stereotypical, in the space allowed for a pavilion it just isn't possible to truly represent a whole country accurately.
When I visit the other countries I know that they are stereotyped versions of the real country, and am realistic in my expectations of them, but since I will never be able to visit all of them for real it is still better to experience that than nohing of the country.
Strange, but I don't think Europe is that well represented, but maybe because I think Europe is a much more diverse culture. My top 5 would be India, Russia, Egypt, Spain and either Jamaica or Brazil.

As much as I would love to see Russia, Egypt, Brazil, or Argentina represented... There is a huge opportunity for Disney to do some good in the third world by partnering with UNICEF or The Global Fund and draw attention to the needs of those suffering under AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, simply because of where they were born. Each of these diseases is preventable and treatable. Globally, the resources exist to end this suffering, and I would applaud Disney if they were part of the solution.

Seems a little downer for Disney, IMO. I agree it's important and more light should be shed on these issues, but I don't necessarily agree a country in Epcot is the appropriate platform. Each of the other countries focuses on the beauty, the strong history, and the culture and traditions. It's more of a celebration of the country then anything.

South America/ Central America makes sense. Greece would be nice and offers many opportunities for great theming. And I love Greek food. Spain. Russia. Eastern Europe. Australia. Winterfell.I think I read that there is room for 5 more pavilions.

I'd love to see Australia in Animal Kingdom. It would be an excellent fit with all their unique animals.

Nice idea! I like that, especially if they expand in the future.
If Australia is out for Epcot (because it's now going to AK), my husband votes for Chile....we have family living there. LOL
Food wise (and there are some wonderful Chilean dishes and pisco is a wonderful alcohol) we would go with Greece. We actually discussed African countries that are impoverished, but Africa is heavily covered in AK as well as AKL, so more would be overkill, but they could do more to incorporate them into the African areas. I know I have bought some pieces of African art (carved animal heads in a hanging wall piece and a walking stick with a cool head) and was shocked to see an Africa Country stamp on the back! DS2 has it in his place and loves it.
So bring on the lamb of Greece for DH!
