Well, it's about time. Most of those restaurants have been open for years and not really much updating or anything new. I've eaten at almost all of them in the past 10 years. The best restaurant was the Brazilian tapas restaurant and it doesn't appear to be around anymore.
I think Hard Rock, Margaritaville, Bubba Gump, Nascar, etc are all overdone. They are chain restaurants and less then stellar in my book.
Now, we have a CowFish in Charlotte and it is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I honestly did not think it was a chain. Burgers mixed with sushi? Yes, please!!!!
