New to this site, but not to WDW

Hi there! A dedicated Disney fan for many years (I am now retired) who has visited every Disney Park and Resort in the world (last visit to Aulani in Jan, next trip to WDW for two weeks next Monday). Experienced travelers, my wife Donna and I have spent time in Europe and Asia and have even experienced Disney World with three infant grandchildren under four months of age. We have been DVC members since 1993. Feel free to check out my blog at www.travelscribbles2010.blogspot.com

confused Wow, 3 infants! Must have been Magical confused ? We have taken our youngest daughter since she was 3 weeks old. She is our Disney baby and we tell her it's in her blood! It was actually really easy when she was little, but I'm not sure about 3! She's 12 now and knows every nook and cranny and in and out of all the parks.
Welcome to our board, everyone here is super nice and LOVES Disney! mickey

Tiny babies are so super easy to tour with! I couldn't agree more. My oldest daughter went for her first trip to Disneyland at 12 days old. We had a fantastic time, she slept through most of it in her stroller. The only awful thing was all the people who felt the need to scold me about having her out so early. What's up with that? She was supposed to be just over a month old at that point, it's not my fault she was late and there was no way I was canceling my Disney Trip!

I know, we got all kinds of looks and comments too for having her out in public so early too. Oh well, to each his own. I protect my kids from other evils of the world but germs are germs and they're everywhere. She was a very healthy baby and still is. She built up a strong immune system w all the Disney germs I guess!
At 12 days I would be more worried about MOM not feeling up to it rather than baby! I'll bet you were tired.
Gotta love those Disney babies!

Old Key West: a two bedroom and a studio. Plans are for a 40th anniversary dinner at Boma and a big breakfast at Ohana.

Top memories: Transatlantic Barcelona to Florida cruise; Tokyo DisneySea ( see my blog for a report); Hong Kong Disneyland a month after it opened and three weeks before we entered Tibet. We have been on three Disney cruises, all on the Magic. It would be quite an effort to beat its quality. Our next trip to WDW will be next week at OKW- a studio and a two bedroom with a big family which we have handled before. With 250 trading pins we are ready to tackle the World.

Welcome! What are your favorites at WDW - resort, restaurant, park, attraction? Do you have any tips for touring WDW with infants? That must have been an adventure!
