Not having a Mickey kind of day!

Happy 2nd anniversary and keep up the good health habits, It reminded me that it has been 13 yrs since my heart attack and quad bypass and I honestly feel better than I did back then. keep up the treadmill work to, since I started work after my second retirement I'll bet I could keep up with you two at the parks. Since the first day of new job about a year and a half ago it's been a 200% increase in my stamina.

Guilty! I didnt check the post date either..I was yelling at Amy OMG MrHub had a heartattack!! So glad that you are here to Celebrate this wonderful Disney life with us and you are celebrating life with such a terrific attitude !!!

Glad to hear you have reached the 2-yr mark and doing well. Congrats on quitting smoking, which I'm sure was not easy, but it's definitely healthier. I also had a heart attack 4 yrs ago at 41, but was lucky that I only needed to be treated medically, no surgery. I've been working hard to exercise regularly just like you, and going to Disney helps - we walk everywhere! The only issue is the great food, although I try to be health conscious, but it doesn't always work. Here's to continued health!
