Not throwing stuff. To each his or her own. Hubby wouldn't watch the Olympics at all if I didn't have them on.

You know those recurring dreams where you're out in public and realize you're naked, or it's the last day of school and you realize you haven't attended any classes or done any work and you're going to fail? I have a recurring dream where it's the end of the Olympics and I've forgotten to watch anything. That's how huge the Olympics are for me.

I'm with your hubby, I don't watch them either. I was never into sports.

If I threw things because someone didn't watch the Olympics, my apartment wall would be full of holes. laugh

My spouse will watch events with me every so often, mainly when it's something really unusual, such as the South African runner with amputated legs or the badminton match where everyone was trying to lose. And he likes listening to the commentary to see if they say anything funny, but for most of them he doesn't get interested.

I am impressed with some of our athletes who are competing injured such as Clara Hughes and Alex Despatie!
