Great trip report so far. I'm glad you mentioned the red phones. I have to find the phone numbers to program in my cell phone.
I'd love to do the telephone boxes. I don't think it would be too hard to convince someone the call really was from England
I can only please one person per day. Today isn't your day... tomorrow doesn't look good either.
The numbers have been programmed.
A few more drinks while walking around the countries and then it was time to start heading over to our ADR at The Flying Fish. We were here in June and it knocke dour socks off! It was just as good this time too.
Scrappy was feeling a little under the weather, so after dinner, we just headed back to the resort to get some rest. We had done a lot of walking & eating. Unbeknown to Scrappy, her day was not over yet. When we got back to the resort she discovered that we had had some visitors to our room while we were out.
Day 3 - Tuesday,
Tuesday found us starting out on a rather overcast day, threatening of rain from a tropical storm that popped up in the Gulf. This did not slow us down and off we went to breakfast at the Tusker House!.
and then off to "Everest"!
Scrappy got this picture just in time, but it's still a little blurry. Me & Harry are in the first car.
Actually went on two time in a row. First time got the front, second time got the back. The back is definitely the best ride by far!
As always, great pics! Wow, I love the Flying Fish shots. I'd just love to get there one of these days. If I could just stop going to my favorite places and try something new!
Continuing:
We finished up at AK after doing Dinosaur, Bugs Life & the Safari.
And then made our way back to SSR to get cleaned up and ready to go to dinner at the Yachtsman Steak House.
Kris it is good, but it has never had a wow factor there for me. The Flying Fish & Cali Grill are much better IMO. If you want a real gem, try the Turf Club at SSR, that is an "Oh my god!".

I love Turf Club! Great food and phenomenal service, it's a little out of the way for most people but it is so worth it!

I have to agree with you at the Cali Grill. That was an awesome meal. I'll have to keep the Turf Club in mind for future trips.
