Saw this great article on DisZine about park ticket prices increasing for 2012.
I hope this means that I will finally get to go on Disneyworld.com and price out my trip for next May. I gots to plan people!

OOoo, thanks Bella! I gots to plan too! Have you figured out when you are going yet? WE're leaning towards the last week of April and first week of May.
Boy, announced on 6-10 and taking effect on 6-12 they don't give you too much warning and planning time do they? Are they afraid that too many people would rush out and buy tickets? Just wondering!!!
I feel like Disney isn't doing a good job of spacing out price increases. I feel like I'm hearing about one very regularly. I wonder how attendance has been?

well for you DL people, the Disney Stores still have the OLD price tickets, and until DL gets around to replacing them, you can still get the lower price.
Unfortunately, the WDW tickets at the Disney Stores are blanks and the register assigns them their value so they can be updated everyday if they wanted 
Also,
At the stores, we didnt hear about the price increases from any official source. I heard from several guests calling us and asking. It's a little sad but the parks have very poor communication with us when it comes to ticket prices and promotions.
What I want to know is will the Annual Passes for DVC members go up in price as well. Next year thats what were doing... so I be curious... lol

I sure wish I would have bought our Sept. tickets earlier!

They sure don't! I thought about buying our tickets...the trouble is we want to do a package so we scratched that idea. The worst part is that they don't tell you how much they are going up. Actually, I wish they'd STOP going up.
