We are headed to WDW with another couple this fall. I'm thinking of seeing if they want to split a Photopass CD.
What do you think?

I would, That way you get all your photos and its super easy to load them onto your computer and keep just the ones you want, or get a second copy of the CD for i think is around $10 more.

We did it with friends a couple of years ago. It was fun having every photopass guy take three pics, us, them and everyone. When we got home we just copied the CD for them.

I think it would be good if you plan on sticking together a lot. You only get one card so if you want to split up a lot it might be hard to do.

You can get as many cards as you want and have the pics all transfered to one card at the photopass shops. Just say you've left one in your hotel room and the photographer will give you another.

Yes you can do this, but dont loose any cards because you need the numbers off the back to link them.

You can link cards once you log in to the photopass site, you don't even have to worry about doing it at WDW. We had 4 between the 2 of us and just linked them when we logged in.

I've never gotten the CD so I am probably not the expert..but usually you just get one PhotoPass card and you just give that one to them every time..right? I mean I suppose that you can get more than one.

Yeah they always give us new ones because we never do anything with them...they usually get thrown away...I try to tell them not to give them to us, it's just a waste cause we aren't buying any but they are very persistent....LOL

They'll give you a new card if you've forgotten the one you are using.
Pre-buy the cd to save money. When you get home take all the cards you have 1 or more and log-in to set up your cd. Link the cards into the same account and they will all be availabe for editing and to be placed on the cd.
The cd is totally worth the money if you like to do digital scrap booking or scrap booking because you can add all sorts of cool fonts, pics etc to your pics, plus you can add the disney stock photos to it.

If someone is celebrating an event they give you a special celebration photopass card which gives you 20% off the cd, so we get that one and then if you go to the town hall they will put all your photos on the discounted card.

I agree they use to give you a substantial discount (Under $100.00) for all the pictures you could take on your trip.I have not seen that discount on their website lately so I won't say for sure if you can still get it, but it's worth looking into and asking about it.
