Very much. They offered a great NY Strip (13oz.) for just over $20.00. Although with rising medical expenses we almost can't afford to eat steak out anymore.

Thanks for asking. Jan is NOT feeling well at all. We are hoping that with some Dr. visits this week we can avoid a hospital stay. She has to have 3 scans this week. She is determined to make the trip to Disney. Most folks just don't understand how much healing value Disney World can be to believers like us. Far better than the hospital. I know that most all of you do.

Well it's 11:30 am Monday. 7 days to go. We are on our way to the hospital. Jan has to have a chest x-ray. Hopefully she doesn't have congestive heart failure again.

Back from the hospital.
Jan has pneumonia again. Dr. said, if no other complications arise she should be out by Friday. I said that would be nice since we are leaving for Disney World Monday morning to be healed. He chuckled and agreed that would be a good thing. We will just have to see what the week brings.

Just got home from the hospital. Jan is tired but feeling OK. They are going to do a biopsy on her lung Friday. Saw something they don't like.
They know now that if they don't have all her release papers ready by 10AM Monday they can mail them to us because we will be on our way to Disney World.

We are supposed to leave for WDW tomorrow morning. As of last night Jan was in no condition to leave the hospital. I am headed up to see her now and what happens, happens.

I got them to release Jan this evening. Her Dr. had it set up already but he was out of town this weekend and the hospital staff was somewhat confused about how to handle the release. When I told them I was taking her home whether they had her forms ready or not, and if not send then to our mailing address they realized I was serious and got it all together quickly.
I know she could never handle the theme parks but as most of you know we never go there anyway. I only pray that I made the right decision believing that the week in Disney, without the parks, I believe it's going to be the best thing for her.
After all, it is a MAGICAL place.

I am sorry to hear that Jan hasn't been feeling well. Somehow I know that this trip couldn't come at a better time, even if you had to check her out of the hospital. Disney does amazing things to the spirit. I hope you have a magical stay and that Jan feels better soon.
