Has the Magic Kingdom stopped having the "Pirate Princess Party" events? We did one back in 2007, it was the first time my daughter went. We LOVED it. Haven't seen any upcoming events for it in quite a while. Thought maybe it was totally replaced by "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween"?

They haven't done them in a few years. I never went but I saw a lot of pictures of past trips and and it looked amazing! I do remember that the fireworks were supposed to be fantastic. I think that they stopped when the economy took a hit.

It was so much fun. We had a blast! Everyone got dressed up. We had the MK from 7pm till midnight. The parades were amazing, especially when the pirate ship came by with Capt. Jack, Will, Davy Jones and his crew. They did fireworks during the battle. When you got off each ride the cast memebers gave the kids a bag of "Pirate Booty" which was chocolate covered medallions. Ride lines were not that crowded.
It's too bad they stopped that event.
I know they didn't have it in 2011, but I think they were doing them before that time. Hopefully they'll be back in 2012.
I vaguely remember this...my son would love it! Oh, I would too!
