Places to Drink In Walt Disney World

If any of you missed it, we have an article on places to drink in Walt Disney World. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Great article awesome

I've always found it really relaxing to have a drink at the Belle Vue Lounge at the Boardwalk. It's kind of tucked away, so you definitely feel like you're out of the chaos. mickey

I like to go taste the carbonated beverages from other countries near innovations. It seems everyone misses this horizons-expanding opportunity.

If you like to stick with themeing, 50's Prime Time Cafe at DHS has a cool bar in the entrance room, before the main dining area. It may remind you of your grandma's kitschy basement back in the 70's!

Two other spots I really enjoy:

Getting a Margarita at Coronado Springs and sipping it in a hammock.

The lounge at the Wilderness Lodge.

We like to go to the House of Blues, catch a show, and relax with a drink. Makes us feel like grown-ups.

The nice thing about Beverly is it helps reduce your appetite for the rest of the day.

My innocence was lost many years ago, when I went to the bar by the pool at the Contemporary. The television was on in the bar and one of the Mickey Mouse Club incarnations came on. The bartender switched to another channel. Blasphemy!

Being a sucker for nostalgia, I like going to the 'Gurgling Suitcase' at Old Key West. It doesn't have but 7 or 8 chairs and is open to the outside, but is always enjoyable.

Now isn't that sad when the Disney Magic is ruined? laugh

Never been to the gurgling suitcase. Thanks for the tip.

You would think that would be a banish-able offense. Like when a pop star gets a deal to endorse a particular cola and is seen drinking their competition!

I've officially decided that my #1 task for my next trip is to go to Old Key West. I'm not sure I've even stepped foot on it.
