The Poly loses part of its ‘Ohana!

I learned upon waking up this morning that Aunty Kau'i had passed away. Every time we went there, the first thing I did was look to see if Aunty was there in the lobby making lei's. It never felt right unless I would see her there smiling weaving those flowers the way she did. Like many people are saying, the Poly will never be the same. She was part of the Poly's soul.

Rest In Peace Aunty Kau'i.

Oh that is sad, even though I had not met her, I knew about her as she was a legend.

Very sad for The Poly family. She was certainly a legend and was part of the resort. I'm sorry I never took the chance to talk with her.

Ooo... she will be so very missed. She was such a big part of the Polynesian community.

That's beautiful, I am so touched that they had that memorial for her at the Resort. That's what you do for 'Ohana.
