Proposals at Disney World

I was reading somewhere that Disney has all kinds of "packages" for people wanting to surprise their significant other with a proposal. Has anyone ever seen someone proposing at a Disney park?

YES! Once in front of the castle. It was lovely. (I'm not sure I'd want that public a proposal, but it was really nice.)

Where'd you see packages? I wonder what they have available...
