Questions on Park Hopper Passes and more!

Hi all! So we are planning a trip in August for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we're going BIG! Taking our 3 boys and going to Universal a few days, a week cruise on RCI and then recover at my Mom's for a few days before hitting a week at Disney! yay We're staying at Art of Animation in a Nemo suite while we are at Disney and we've got the Magic your way hopper with the water park fun and more.
I was just reading up on some things and am starting to wonder exactly what the "more" is. I believe we can go to Disney Quest on it, which up until reading about it on here, I really never knew existed! Think this will be a fun option. What else does the "more" include?
Does it include bowling at Splitsville or the movies at the AMC dining in theater? And if it does, in the theater, if you got a meal there, would it be on the dining plan???
Also, if I have the hopper pass, does that mean I am unlimited to how many of the parks and attractions I want to go to every day during the 7 day pass??? Can we hit a park in the morning, a water park in the afternoon to beat the heat and then Disney Quest in the evening after hitting Earl of Sandwich (gotta hit Earl of Sandwich! YUM!) and have it not tick down days off our pass??? And are you limited to how many times you can go to the water parks? I was kind of under the impression that you could go anywhere on a hopper, but once you were scanned in for the day, that meant it was 1 day taken off your ticket, but you could get into any of the attractions during that day. Am I correct?
I was reading something on Trip Advisor that made me cross my eyes and question myself. Thanks for any insight! biggrin

Did you read this part? Yes you can go in and out of the parks as many times as you want.

The other benefits we just had were Disney Quest passes for one day...whichever day you choose...but you
get a cool day card that allows you to come and go just for that day (we had one for each person),
one free round of mini golf with your
choice of which mini golf course and had to be used before 4pm (one for each member of our party), one coupon for $15 off your meal
At Planet Hollywood (no strings no minimum), free souvenir at Planet Hollywood (was a key chain kept at cashiers register),
coupons for 10-15% a boat or watercraft rental, seems like there were a couple more 15% off coupons
Which might have been for additional watercraft rentals and regular golf.

I think you can also do goofy golf at Fantasia Gardens too!

Sounds like an amazing trip!
