We booked our July WDW vacation package months in advance and paid in full early this spring. A couple weeks ago I checked the same dates and package on line, and it was almost $1600 cheaper because of a "summer sale" promotion. Well, thought we were probably out of luck for a refund, but I called and a lovely cast member cheerfully processed the refund and it showed on our credit card in about 48 hours. Now, I found the "summer sale" myself, but was still impressed with the quick refund offered and how it was processed.
We are excited about our trip. We haven't been to WDW for several years and are excited about the magic bands, all the new attractions, being able to book FP+ with the WDW app. The technology has really improved since our last trip.
