Reservation problems!

Just saw this listed over on the Tikiman's facebook page!

"If you booked dining, tour or recreation through Disney reservations around February 26 or that weekend Cast Members have reported 42,000 reservations might not be correct. Touring Plans reported this and asks those who did book around those dates check to see their reservations are correct."

Just thought people might want to check!

I heard about that also. People were saying CMs were calling and saying they had to cancel their reservations to CRT and other popular restaurants. That is one day I am glad I don't work at Disney.

I've heard about this, too! Rumor is that some folks are getting $50 gift cards in return for canceled reservation. Sounds like a good trade to me! laugh

We ate at Ohana over that weekend and apparently everyone that booked an ADR on the first two nights of the planned updates to the site, got that ADR. Ohana said that they more than doubled their usually head count, and were feeding people until after 1am, because they didn't turn away anyone who was willing to wait. We were told that it was complete chaos the night before we were there and they expected another one just like it because of the glitch in the ADR system. As guests we didn't feel the crunch, but we had pretty early reservations so they hadn't had the chance to get behind yet. I guess I didn't realize that the implication would reach further out than just those couple of nights. I do hope that they're able to compensate guests.
