Restaurant Service

What do you guys think is the restaurant with the most consistently good service? I'd say on average Disney service is good, but I'm trying to think of a place I've never been disappointed. Of the places I've eaten more than once, I'd maybe go with California Grill.

I am probably going to throw a lot of people for a loop here and they won't believe me but the most consistently good service in my opinion is at the Turf Club Bar & Grill at SSR. Wife and I have eaten there AT LEAST a dozen times if not more and we have never been disappointed. Service, food, quality, quantity and overall dining experience has been great. And it should also be noted that MOST of the time this was with no ADR's.

I've heard a LOT of good things about Turf Club. We'll have to make it there on the next trip.

We've had good experiences with 50's Prime Time Cafe, actually. Always consistently good (if surly!) service.

Definitely Turf Club as well, and Jiko. Never ever had bad service at both restaurants.

I've eaten only once at the Yacht Club steakhouse, but I still remember the very good service there as well. Also had very good service the few times we ate at Citricos.

Citricos service is quite good, I agree. It can be a bit slow, though -- but I think this is solely because they want you to have a leisurely and enjoyable meal.

Jiko has been spotty for us, but the food itself is always wonderful!

Interestingly, service at the buffet restaurants has been uniformly bad in our experience. Is this because servers are assigned too many tables??

I agree with the comment about buffets. That's so odd!

We've had some great service at Le Cellier and Les Chefs de France. I'm sure there are other places, but those were the most remarkable.

When I have a regular table, their primary task is bringing me more drinks. When I have a buffet table, their primary task is to bring me more drinks. Sadly I think you're right that there's an assumption that the same server can handle more tables at a buffet.
