The results are In

Some of you know I've been waiting to hear the results of my mother in law's MRI scan (checking for breast cancer)
Well, I just heard from her today - I blogged about it here:

The Results are In

Oh me too. I mean, I am relieved but at the same time, not knowing what it is freaks me out. However, at this point I know she really needs a great vacation and darn it, we WILL have one! yay

I think everyone has some weirdness about them. I think it's really good news that it doesn't seem to be cancer.

Very good news, indeed.

It's probably benign cysts. A lot of women get them.

I thought about that - it's just odd that no one can identify just what it is confused

No one can identify what Brad is either, but we don't let it worry us.

I've been through more tests than I can count for random spots that just exist for no reason. I went through 12 hours in the emergency room for a doctor to tell me that I just happen to have a growth in my throat that's been there since I was born. waiting

Yeah, as someone who has had his share of long, painful tests for negligible results, I can attest that just because doctors can't explain something is no reason to get worried. Pretty much if they don't know what it is and it doesn't seem to be making you feel bad, I don't worry about it.

That's the ideology my husband subscribes to wink
