I just got back from KMart and they had a really cute Mickey and Minnie ladies Halloween t-shirts. I was bummed they didn't have my size or one would have made its way home with me.

Not sure if anyone has pointed this out, but Meijer has a collection of BPA-free Frozen plates, cups, etc. for kids. I saw this last night but forgot to snap a photo. Even for someone who isn't a big Frozen merchandise person, they actually looked rather nice. I might have to buy a few as gifts now for the upcoming holiday season.

We back to Meijer to buy something, and broke down and bought a couple of Frozen merchandise for a friend's daughter.

They have a lot more stuff there, but I wasn't going to buy anymore.

So I was perusing through some thrift shops by my house and came across this for 50 cents. Naturally I had to snatch it up wink

Just a little blast from the past. Unfortunately I never experienced the BirthdayLand since I was born in 1989, but I just thought this was a cool trinket to have mickey

Me too! I'm always on the look out for cool vintage Disney things. We have a good community of thrift shops and the such in my town so its always fun. Usually Disney merchandise is wayyyy overpriced but I guess since this is just a pin the shop owner didn't think to charge much for it. Great for me! Haha

That is plate is the coolest! Early 70s?
I found some tink-themed stuff at a local dollar store; a soft lunch box and plastic tote. They had loads of princess stuff too. Also saw singing/glowing Anna dolls at the grocery store.

Went to a Wallgreens nearby and was quite surprised by a whole shelve of Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. It was quite spectacular. They have various different items from cups, snowglobes, all the way to large, hanging display.

We bought the large hanging Jack Skellington, a dancing Oogie, the round, hanging Jack Skellington head, and lighted LED necklaces. I'll snap a photo of where I have the large hanging Jack Skellington already placed in the house. I'm going to keep an eye on this towards the end of the month hoping that there will be some left and that they will go on sale.

Thanks, MrHub.

I've already started decorating for Halloween, so I've incorporated the things I purchased yesterday from Wallgreens.

Here's the Jack. I replaced the Fab 5 painting that I had mentioned about elsewhere in this forum with him. It's the first time the painting was removed from its place ever since I got it. So Jack will be occupying this space for the entire month. It looks perfect there, almost as if he was made for that space. It is the first thing people will see when they come in through the front door.

The dancing Oogie Boogie is on the phone shelf in the family room.

I also bought the light-up necklace, which I'll wear on Halloween and at our Halloween party.
