I wonder if he was just a random guy who got stuck on the ride with The Rock..it looks like the first two girls and the other guy would hang out with the Rock..and the other guy was just the next person in line.

I love that! I follow him online and he shared a bunch of pictures of him around Disneyland. Most of them with his tongue hanging out, LoL. I would LOVE to be the odd person stuck in a boat with him, haha.
