Romantic Rides

For some Disney attractions the whole feel of the ride can change depending on if you're going during the day or at night, but do you feel that there are romantic rides? I'm particularly fond of the Jungle Cruise at night. What ride is a "must do" during your date night at Disney?

A nightime boat ride from DTD to POFQ and return or DTD to OKW and return.
Heck any of the evening boat rides.

NHshorty and I had a boat all to ourselves at 11PM from the Poly to the MK. The docks were occupied at the MK, so we had to just drift around out beyond the palm trees watching the lights of the MK. The boat captain did put a damper on things, but it was romantic.
