Thanks Sally-Ann! SOTMK is fun but it is a time drainer, with the running back and forth across the park finding the portals, waiting in line for your turn, etc. we spread it out over the course of a few days. We completed first level, but we spread it out over a few days. And we were at WDW for 12 days, so we had the time to spare.

It might be fun to try a few of the first portals, and then just collect the cards, unless you are interested in devoting hours to the game. In which case, go crazy and have a blast! It is fun and the interactions can be a hoot.

But now, I just will continue to collect the cards. You can get a new set every day.

Don't forget that you can buy packs with a lightning bolt card along with a regular pack and board game pieces so you can play at home.

Well that's a surprise WDW trying to part us from money! Last year we came home with the villains monopoly but I won't let him open it! So who knows what we will find this year. Mandy will look out for you at DHS would be good to say hi!

We are there for a couple of weeks and are spending quite a lot of time in the MK so may do as you suggested and spread it.

It is worth trying/collecting the cards. It's fun to see which cards you get. Tonight is my last shift at DHS.

So you know how to do the towel animals, thats cool. Tough job though. I always try to leave the room as tidy as possible as I think you dont have a lot of time to service it and if I can make it easier for Mousekeeping I will. I am the same in restaurants I always stack plates and tidy. Do you get allocated one resort for your time or rotate through several?

one resort. Most roles we are placed in one area.

You guys place such an important role in our Disney experience. You set the tone for our arrival with a welcoming room! Mousekeepers have always been so friendly too, and the ones I have seen have gone the extra mile for guests. Just little things like having a towel animal make it special. And that H2O soap is to die for. I am still using bars of it here at home from my last trip. mickey

We stayed at Pop for the first time this spring, and didn't know what to expect. Our mousekeeper "Maggie" helped to make our stay wonderful - she noticed little things, and even changed how the beds were made up based on what she saw. (I don't like comforters, so always had them folded at the foot of the bed, etc.) Every day we came back to the room there was something extra or special for us - just little things, but we really enjoyed it. I emailed Disney about how great she was, and they called to confirm everything, so I hope she knows how much she enhanced our stay.

If we stay at Pop next fall (I'm hoping, but nothing definite yet), I'd love to meet you. Mousekeepers are the unsung heroes.

That's so good hear guys!! I'll do my best to live up to that standard! Finngirl, Disney is doing away with comforters for good after this year. She probably got recognized. Okay that's enough high jacking of this post. Back to Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom and how cool the card is.

I'm seriously so excited for it. I have to go back and play again.
